This class is an invitation to explore the world of energy healing in a grounded, open-minded, and supportive way. Energy healing has existed for thousands of years across many cultures and traditions. While each modality works differently, they all share a common intention: supporting balance, awareness, healing, and connection within the mind, body, emotions, and energy system. This class is designed for both beginners and those already curious about holistic healing practices. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about different forms of energy healing, how they may affect us, and how to discover which approaches feel most aligned personally.
